If you do accept a position with Platform Accounting Group your personal information will be merged into our human resource system (Paylocity) to manage the new-hire process. Any information that is received during the recruitment process may become part of your employee file and may be used for other employment reasons. Providing personal information is voluntary. During the recruiting and or hiring process sufficient information must be provided. If sufficient information is not provided this may result in being unable to consider your employment.

Platform Accounting Group may share your information with a specific office hiring for the position you applied for. Your personal information may be reviewed by the hiring manager, office manager, principals, director, other staff, and / or human resources personnel.


How long does Platform Accounting Group retain your information?
