Platform Accounting Group announced it acquired three accounting and advisory firms to merge with its current Oregon firm, Iron Creek Tax & Consulting. James L. Shook CPA, P.C., Bjorklund & Montplaisir CPAs, and Parsons and Germer CPAs, LLP have joined the Lake Oswego-based accounting team.

This merger allows Iron Creek to reach a new demographic in the region and with the addition of James and Jeremy Shook, strengthens Iron Creek’s senior leadership team in the market.

Bjorklund & Montplaisir CPAs, based in Portland, is an accounting firm that provides personalized strategies for tax management, business support and individual financial advice. B&M have long been a leading advisor on tax and financial matters related to the low-income housing industry.

Parsons and Germer CPAs, LLP has served the Oregon community for more than 50 years, specializing in services for small or family-owned businesses and individuals.
