Flights

  • PAG will reimburse 1 roundtrip ticket per employee in coach seating
  • Book your flights into SLC International
  • Purchase your arrival flight into SLC for Wednesday, June 10th landing prior to 4:00PM MST and your departure flight on Friday, June 12th after 1:00PM MST
  • Employees with a company Ramp credit card must use their Ramp card for all conference-related expenses, including airfare, ground transportation, and meals not provided by the conference.
  • Employees without a company card who already have a Ramp account may submit expenses through Ramp’s reimbursement feature.
  • Employees who do not yet have a Ramp account should contact the AP team @ ap-help@platformag.com for assistance with reimbursement.
  • Please have your flight booked by May 1st if possible

HOTEL

  • Hotel accommodations have been booked at The Grand America Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City: 555 Main St, Salt Lake City, UT 84111
  • You will receive a confirmation number closer to the conference date via email
  • You will need a credit card upon check-in to have on file for any personal incidentals
